It's pretty much shocked me this is an advanced nation u can come in and do watever u wish and then just leave with as much money as u please to the cost of other people asic doesn't care the company cuts all communication off the directors were pretty much there to get a pay check even though they were independent. The secretary had no idea wat was even going on in the firm but was a secretary. In the which company in Australia is the secretary oblivious to wat the company they work for is actually doing. I have Come to accept that this company is pretty much gone. The auditors and asic pretty much have done nothing to communicate to shareholders about wats going on. If this was happening else where I would understand but not in Australia like how is this possible
