mmm, normally? good thing ASIC are asleep at the wheel for small caps i suppose.
morgan stanley placeing shares at 11.5c is a surprise i must admit, only wish i bought more when the directors bough, this is a sleeper, something must be in the wings, altough up 100% on nothing, i am not complaining!
