The correct question is "Does anyone know what is going on since the last 2-3 months?"
The sp has recovered 25% in recent times, but that is nothing compared to the possibilities here....probably a case of the market now totally dis-interested in NXS based on its past performance...
I read sometime long ago that old / stale holders move out at each such relief rallies (in our instance from the low 9s to mid 14s recently) and the shares pass on to new hands before the take-off (not saying there is going to be a take-off here, but most old holders sell before a decent rally in the preceding relief rallies)...a sustained rally can only happen when most / all old holders are out and new "patient" holders are set...
I think this was in the maestro Stan Weinstein's book - How to profit in bull & bear markets....
