Good article, this just reinforce my point previously post that if there is a cut REIT will benefit a lot from it. Was reading the AFR today and they believe that between now and next year the RBA will cut about 1.25%, that means IR will be 6%. Base on current sp GPT will have 12.5% dividend yield. Just 5 more business days till results come. Downgrade guidance just under 2 months ago, surely they are not going to come up and give another?
GL all, the dividend couldn't come earlier enough :p
