Thanks d r. I understand the economics of it however was just thinking that if I was going to acquire the cash is potentially attractive as it is hard to raise currently and getting more expensive.
I would think if it's already sitting there that it would potentially be a good thing. As you point out effectively a back door raising.
June will be an interesting month in these parts. Even if CVA are to go it alone you would think given the state of the economy opportunities will present.
Dont get me wrong I will take the money but it just seems like an odd strategy to me. I suppose if you own shares from 6 cents and below you are laughing as you become a free carry and then put yourself in play with only upside.
