Hi dapper, I am in the same boat as you. Given that K2 must have run around getting votes from all their sharholders to agree to the merger, you would have thought they would have some kind of IR programme.
As far as the old management, especially Tony Brennan, good riddance. I was hopeful that the new crew would be somewhat better. You would have thought they would by now be presenting to the market their roadmap forward.
