    Sinopec are obviously confident in their ability to get this to its notional flow rate of 30,000bopd.

    AED can seemingly sit back, take the cash and let it all happen for them. Lucky bas...ds

    by the way weihuawang water is not a problem (as you may already know)in fact it's a good thing - the water is known as the "aquifer" - which helps force the oil out.
    Flow rates of 30,000bopd are only possible due to this aquifer.

    a lot of wells (including those in Saudi Arabia) need to find water and pump it down to get the oil wells flowing . This adds to their costs.. AED doesnt have that problem.
