I wouldnt bother with IMF yet. Wait to see re relisting first.
I think they are probably just fishing at the moment, the didnt mention any instos yet.
They look after themselves first and will take a large percentage of any wins.
With regards to the amount you get back it will not be the total loss (differnce between purchase and sale) because only part of that is attributabe to the refin. and then out of that IMF will prob take 30-60% IMO.
If you have that mentality then it cant hurt to email them and ask for details, i would be interested to know if they have any shareholders on board already and if so who?
