Re Information/Transparency, in these times I have seen more than one companies shares take a dive after a good announcement, so whether or not announcements were made are proveably not germaine to a stocks current price.
Anyone who thinks that they will profit off a bunch of lawyers who will "fund" the CA have to get their heads read. One Class A shareholder ripoff is all that can be expected. Just think what the "charges" would look like, and if youre happy with 40% of $0.55 then be kind to yourself and sell out as soon as market opens, that you would do better than the hyenas and vultures of the legal world ever could do for you.
