IMO brown coal is only useful if used in the country it is found and that is all other better coal quality resources are used up. Brown can not be transported by sea due to its combustion properties. Therefore with the quality location modun a place itself being smack bang in the middle of energy hungry china and Russia

Brown coal tech similar to what esi is developing ( proven I don't know or care) would best be placed in Australia where sea transport is the only men's to delivering to customers!
