Anyway, like other shareholders, we are keen to work out what the NTA will be by say Jan/Feb next year.

You had estimated an NTA of $1.20 by the same time next year. Wonder if you would be kind enough to give a new estimate based on the announcement from the Chairman?

What is the risk factor that the capital return will not proceed?
