does anyone understand what is happening?

While I understand the overall scope of what's happening, and think it is a good result, the detail is lost on me....

I have some questions if anyone would care to assist...


1. why has the share price plummeted? Has it gone ex something?

2. Do I get free shares in WRT if I hold WDC?

3. Will WDC holders get a distribution (cash), if so, how much?

4. If half of WDC's Aust/NZ assets are being given/sold to WRT, how are WDC shareholders compensated for this?

5. Should we expect the WDC share price to plummet even more?
