By taking up your entitlement you get shares at a discount to NTA.
Check the history of WDC and see how long in it's history it has traded below it's NTA.
It has a long history of trading well above NTA and the shareprice (in WRT) will probably shoot up (at least for a little while).
Great news on the sale of the UK shopping centre for a tidy profit before it's even finished!
With the amount of money they will have sitting on the sidelines after the float of WRT and sale of the UK assett would have to make you wonder who/what is on the radar?
