Thanks again for that great info on Saturday. Thats the path i am going to take, build my own model. I have been mapping it out in my head and on paper what info i what to be able to extract and have gone with access as the program to build it with since it find it easer to write the macros i will need in that program and the fact that you can import and export data with ease from that program.
Once i have finished would love for you to have a look and let me know what you think.
