No wonder I couldn't find any financial info/reporting rules for the quarterly under ASX listing rule 5A - it's under listing rule 5B and it's just a proforma. And of course 5B didn't come up in the search, and of course it wasn't referrenced in listing rule 5A...
Bottom line for me is that I and others were under the impression for 28 days that APG was in a much better financial position than it was. And that's not on. I'm not saying APG did anything wrong but why do we have a regulatory environment where this can happen?
