The Rights Issue closed on Thursday and by yesterday HEG had to advise the ASX the quantum of under-subscriptions.
Neither the ASX nor the HEG websites contained any announcement re under-subscriptions as at 08:30 this morning.
Could it be that HEG was swamped with a flood of last-minute applications on Thursday and despite working from Friday to Monday the company could not calculate the under-subscriptions?
Or could it be that the ASX was not informed until 1 minute to 5 last night and that the ASX does not work after 5pm. But that would not explain the absence of an announcement on HEG’s own web-site, would it.
Or perhaps bad news really does travel slowly.
