Well i think this is the giveaway on the current situation. Balamara is starting legal proceedings against Poland and Mr Vulpes thinks he's entitled to something he may or may not be. Seems like he was offered to participate in cap raises throughout this process and wanted to put certain provisions on it that the board didn't want to approve so he didn't participate and now is trying to overthrow the board to get his way. Outing the team who has been working on literally everything until this point because you didn't get your way surely wouldn't work in your favour when you take it to court. I'll be voting no on everything personally.
