looking skyward-- 38% of what, an asset declining against book and market value,this is endless, if interest rates are under pressure and asset values decline do you really think the revenue will increase.
simplistically if market cap is included in contract alluding to lvr,what difference between a property and a fee driven business, a debit is a debit,my perception of risk on this is cetainly not skyward
no fund would invest in shorting of this magnitude without the support of the above simple probability
they are in the process of a tactical war to acheive a very specific outcome furthermore i believe they will succeed.
