BPT has obviously been in talks with DLS, and has offered the 19.3% shares which it bought off the GOG directors for 50c to DLS @ 51c before feb

BPT has the controlling share. BPT nor DLS expect the s/p to incr to 51c. Why would they?

The deal was done with the s/p @ 26c, and they must have hoped that the market would not react the way it did after the announcement.

Now that it has, all options are open, and next week will be very interesting
