Evening all,
Does Mr Mathieson and Co get the 3 shares for 5 held of SGR @ $1.20 per share if he so chooses ? [As if he wouldn't]
Or is it at the discretion of the SGR board as he has reached the 10% threshold for max ownership of SGR and to go higher would require board or formal regulatory approval?
I confess ignorance on this and would appreciate an education from someone more learned?
