hi Leasx, no bundll do not incur a fee for you to make a payment as that transaction is originated by you and any cost incurred will be from the bank and payment channel (e.g. direct entry/Bpay) that you make the payment from. Generally you can not make a credit card payment with another credit card. The interchange fees come from charges to merchants (I.e. shops) from their customers paying via credit card
