The rest of what you say is presumptuous. The point of discussion in a free society is to examine the quality of evidence and render an opinion about it. Would we want our politicians to read free press articles and simply "moderate" away the ones they don't like, even if they are poorly written and poorly supported by evidence?
The ASX is the last place you would go for this Dui. The whole point of the claim that was being made was that the company was NOT disclosing some kind of information. By definition if the claim is true ASX has no information because no disclosure was made.
Again, I don't think the sleazy web site made a convincing or thorough presentation of facts. But intelligent people should be allowed to discuss such things. To simply moderate it away makes it look like we are not trusted to evaluate quality of evidence on our own.
