The purely legal question is does a company that collects credit without a license in NSW have the right to keep proceeds from collections undertaken without the license?
If the answer to that legal question is that such a company probably does have the right to keep proceeds from collections, then the entire matter is taken care of. I'm hopeful the answer to that question is that the firm can keep those proceeds. It's not ramping to ask that question, and it's not a question that is out of this world. And the question as I am asking it does not presuppose any status for CreditCorp's license.
Constantly posting on this forum that the stock has hit a new price target is also blatant ramping. You have turned 90% of the content on this forum into just reposts about what the current stock price is. We can all try to lift the conversation onto more interesting topics.
