Its good to see swift action with posts like these, so that others less experienced don't fall into traps that could end up costly.
I too don't mind contrary viewpoints (ps even though my ones usually turn out to be correct hehehe)
I know I have a tendency to ramble on a bit from time to time, but unsubstantiated and/or fabricated information should not be tolerated and its the quickest way to end up in the courts.
If you folks are any time in doubt, always check the ASX website, make necessary inquiries with them and the company concerned. If a company turns out to be telling porkies and you lose money through false and misleading conduct,then there are always class actions and other measures open to you to claim.
