After the AGM when the Australian Shareholders Association asked why after years on the board Mrs Rudd-Tse made the question ‘go away’ by promising to purchase shares soon. She obviously had no intention of doing so as the recent half year release would have been the perfect time for her to buy without conflicts. She is signalling that she doesn’t trust her own board strategy enough to even buy one share, even when the price is below NTA. If so, why remain on the board?
