My guess is that the sale might not go through...and until that time....the CEO of ECX must go....looking at annual report it seems the acquisitions of Grays Online and Right2Drive was paying too much for underperforming business segments. I wonder if there will be an impairment write off given the downturn experienced as they reported previously.
Regardless...U can see staff turnover of near approx 25% which suggests staff are not happy and this will not help revenue growth when staff is unmotivated
