Do you not read 1. The financial results or 2. the Chairman's speech from the AGM?
To quote from the Chairman's speech at the AGM (10/04/13) "In 2012, the (positive) cash flow generated by the sales and production of uranium oxide
was $110 million".
So from an operating perspective they are not "in a negative operating cash flow position".
They are obviously spending CAPEX on the new (potential) mine and rehabilitation obligations, but from an operating perspective, to put it simply, more money is coming in than going out....
