The CASH money alone is worth $0.95 cents per share.
Ranger mill and stockpiles = $1.35
Exploration including Ranger Deeps = $2.30
33% probability of Jabiluka = $1.45
So we get fair value around the $6 mark at the moment. Conservative fair value - could easily trade above $10 in the future.
