Does ERX need (want) Perseus mining ?, page-11

It's highly likely the deal will go through. It's not a hostile takeover, but supported by ERX management and key investors.

I'm holding onto my PRU shares through the end of the year because there's a lot of news flow coming:

1) ERX takeover complete on 25th Sept should reduce downward pressure on PRU share price because of people arbitraging
2) Hopefully USD gold price can hold up, and maybe even break through $2k, to keep filling PRU coffers
3) First pour at the new Yaoure gold mine scheduled for December (company has said January 2021 latest)
4) PRU doubling the ounces they produce each year because of Yaoure (this probably won't be confirmed until end 2021, once the new mine hits its stride)

Also, weren't there some ERX drilling results never released? Expect them to come out after the takeover is done.

Exciting time, imo. Just got to keep the corona virus at bay. GLTAH.
