    I believe there was also a site visit at the beginning of this month but do not know if it was the same group that flew over it!??

    Time will tell but with the volume going through and the price still trending up, one would have to be still quite confident.

    Personally I do not believe that the majority of volume is simple "churn" from the dt's.
