I do financing and was concerned that Smyth might not cut the deal on the $100m. The delay and the world-wide state of banking had me seriously wondering, not about what he wanted to do with the funds but whether he could actually due the placement. No easy chore in this market.

The placement doesn't come without a substantially firm committment of a deal in place. We'll soon hear about that.
