I had two comments, why someone who was cofounder of Volt bank takes support and guidance from the company who sold out all their previous businesses ... ? we are talking about FTT not Google or Microsoft here...Normally you take advise and guidance from more successful and major company ... IMHO.

Also how much $1.5m of investment worth into the stock of new company... ? I am not a lawyer but if notes are convertible to shares then wouldn't it be requirement by law for FTT to disclose to their shareholders as to what ownership they get in 1derful in return of their investment of $1.5m similar to what they says about farmbuy and asset vision...? IMHO.
