The issue IMHO with the buy back was that the price was too low reflective of the cash they were sitting on - I wanted out but was not prepared to let my shares go at what they were offering - I think for that reason it was not as well supported as it might have been had they gone in at say 6.5 to 7.5c which I think was a more realistic price at the time.
