watso bought some smoked cod at $5/kg - and thought he would cook them and the first thing that come to mind was to use the frypan.. but watso had a saucepan sitting on his stove - so cut up the 1kg of smoked cod, put in the saucepan and added almost 2l of rtc milk (70c for 2 litres).
now cooking away very slowly at a low setting... mmm might keep the milk for some poached eggs .
might re arrange the pieces of fish after about half an hour - or an hour .. no need to be too fussed if things do not work out - lol only about $5 worth of fish
