    hmmm, maybe you should follow Keen hiking up the mountains and selling his own house to see it sold months later at profit.

    Amazing how negative theories are based with really bad short term forsight! Saying that property will not always increase in value is mere stupidity, as it always will!

    I'm no Nostradamus, however are you saying that continued inflation will not cause property value to increase over the long term. I wonder what people paid for there houses in the 1980's let alone the 1940's.

    So if minimum wage is at 80k in years to come, property will not realign with this increase caused by long term inflation.

    This does not even take into consideration majour indicators such as supply/demand, immigration, savings, compounding, rental demand, etc...

    OR are you generalising that you will not profit at the same rate against inflation figures?!?!

    Property is not a short term instant riches plan. It's a long term strategy!
