From what I have read on the SDL threads it does not appear many holders are happy with the Hanlong bid, especially the lead time before they may see any payout. We should not expect any free handouts with BMN either, the buyer has all the power at the minute and they will probably drive a pretty hard bargain. May well get our 61c but don't expect it too quickly.
