    Is HGR actually have factory that is ready to mass product the oraline IV for futhur contracts with gorvenment and retail sales?

    If so HGR is no doubt 10 cents stock in very near term and long term point of veiw its 10 times bagger IMO.

    If not, then the story goes another way for short-mid termers as they will have to do a massive share replacement in order to collect funds to get production line ready to go.

    Any other thoughts are welcome.
