    Doesn't mean it is gone, but means when it starts trading again the following are likely:
    Funds/insto's likely to sell because they have no confidence in management
    Share price likely to go down because of uncertainity of company and possible fines to be paid by CMQ
    Management can be suspended by ASIC or even jailed
    Prospective customers not likely to want to deal with this company if they got internal turmoil and legal action pending
    Focus of management likely to shift from progressing company to defending themselves and their decisions
    Banks not likely to give funding
    Insto's not likely to want to do a placement in the future for them.

    ( NB Obviously this will only occur if CMQ management are found to be guilty, and I am not suggesting they are)
