Socrates44 I lost $80,000 and I am still holding my shares in the hope that they will come up. I will probably never recoup this. I averaged down when all the trouble started back in 2008. I am hopeful that all of us that have lost money on this will at least get something out of the class action. We probably won't be so lucky but I see that Slater and Gordon handled the Aristrocrat class action and each of the shareholders affected got a payout of $185,000. The circumstances were very similar to ours but with a lot less shareholders involved I think. You can read all about on Slater and Gordon web site. Good luck to all of us.
