Ironladle the class action costs you nothing. It's a personal choice of course and IMO doesn't cost you your integrity in and sense of the word.
Hi senoj happy new year to you.
IMO "If' and it may well be a big If, if share-holders get a small amount back, and at best it will be a tiny amount for being lied to in every which way by the suits, what's so wrong with it? The share-holders are the back bone of any public company somehow many seem to forget that. OZL is making heaps of money, I can assure you the suits running the company now or before would/will never think along the lines we better not give ourselves more money/raise because the end result will mean, shareholders will get less pie. I put this to you, the opposite it true.
Let's not even start on integrity. There not enough days left in 2011 to cover that topic, in relation to the former bunch of heartless clowns. When we needed those morons to step up to the plate and really fight, there true lack of knowledge really shone through, when we simply wanted to know the truth so we could have a choice of making a clean cut decision, their moral compass went flying out the window, if indeed they ever really had one.(tip they never had one). I see so many other companies that were in no-where nearly the same situation that ozl was in, what I mean here is ozl/oxr had really everything going for them, great copper, gold, mines etc etc, 3rd largest resource company in Australia they bragged. Let's not forget "one" of the many famous lines by the great ones, who clearly knew things were turning pear shaped "we're in great shape" blah blah blah.
Yet most of the other companies I have on my watch list have or are close to share-prices before the GFC. Yet ozl is still so far back its still hard to believe this isn't all but a bad dream. How can a group of suits get everything they did in that time and get it so wrong, even the worst gambler even gets a few wins even if its by accident. A very important thing we need all remember is they were not the ones in the very least, responsible for applying the defibrillator to ozl in the dying days and saving it.
Now that I have broken my first promise for 2011 I think it's best I leave it here. As I did say a while back now it was going to be my last post from me on this matter. I will close by saying this is a new company now I love the PH mine and everything 99.8% Terry Burgess and his team is doing. I honestly believe guys, new and old investors/traders the new OZ Minerals has turned a new page. I sincerely wish you all many prosperous years ahead.
