The class actions have nothing to do with personal integrity. So, let us stop that nonsense.

There is a fundamental issue of whether OZL management mislead investors in 2008. Look at OZL's announcements to the ASX in 2008 and draw your conclusions. In particular, look at the announcement of September 23.

I bought over 20,000 OXR at $3.20 and eventually sold my OZL shares at $1.04 for a loss in excess of $40,000. There may be others (many others?) who suffered the same.

The courts will answer the question of whether OZL contributed to my loss. It is not the previous management of OZL which is on trial (even though they perphaps should be), but OZL, the publicly listed company.
