My interpretation is that Capri are attempting to force MZN directors to cough up the MZN 'evidence' against KDR through this legal action.

An assumption could be that the necessity of a token purchase of MZN shares and the fact action is being taken against company directors indicates that the Capri litigation will relate to the non disclosure to shareholders of the supposed April agreement.


This or Capri is just teaching MZN management a lesson by making their lives a bit more difficult.
