Can someone with a legal background pls clarify what note c)iii) on page 33 of the 2013 annual report means?
I'll paste it in below:
"In the event of a change of control Dr Kitto is entitled to 2 years annual salary"
So if I understand correctly.... if the take-over goes through Paul Kitto gets a payout of:
$515,740 x 2 = $1,031,480
$1,031,480
I sincerely hope I am wrong.
I might just quit the stock market all together if this is the case.
