I find it frustrating constantly reading and now it is an obvious attempt to derail threads when the same point is raised over and over and over again.
Poster @Davy Boy took an attempt to answer poster's beef from 5+ years ago. I believe even poster @Scarpa did.

Now if the original poster is not happy with those type of answers, then I suggest he brings the relevant matter up with the responsible parties through proper avenues.
Obviously he has tried via email (most likely in an aggressive/accusatory tone in which the company did not like - in my opinion). So if email did not work - how about trying to give the relevant parties a phone call.

The fact that said poster has still not called in now many months, depicts and shows a timid nature and probably more akin to an attitude of trolling these threads.
