In my opinion, it is an error or misjudgement putting in timelines when dealing with the whims of governments. Although I can probably understand management being inundated with requests of "when will it occur" etc etc
The government at best has been very confused with their policies regarding the Latrobe Coal issue. There has been contradictions in future policies and strategies - perhaps in order to try to appease all sets of parties.
I think once/if the government grant pops in then this will add confidence in the OHD project amongst investors, especially the ones waiting on the sidelines.
The conundrum that OHD investors may face is if Guyana Morabisi project drilling produces some good results then you would expect the market cap to rapidly move in the northerly direction and I dare say many taking a sizeable position leaving these ridiculous levels behind us.
