Essentially gpp have not delivered on any project....and the question is 'does it want or need to?'. with words such as " in fullness of time", "imminent", "soon" and the latest word is "due" that has no meaning in anns, one wonders of that answer.
Missed timelines, not the problem as such, but delivery is. Only positive is they're consistent. Im sure some traders are using this trait for trading.. maybe Ask the persistent uprampers here.
