Does LYC produce heavy rare earth oxides today ?
I read news that may indicate China is stocking up HRE for reasons unclear to me, when over the weekend "a Chinese organization" snapped up (in 30 sec) a shipment of Tb and Dy that came on the market.
For development, I wonder if LYC plans to produce HRE as well as focusing on NdPr which reportedly takes up 70% of sales revenue ? Or perhaps Japan now needs more NdPr than HRE so the latter is less important ....
Any thoughts ?
