HRE and LRE is a distinction that IMO many overrate.
It's a classification in terms of electron orbits.
The CRE (critical) classification is more important when evaluating the value/demand for what a mine will produce.
They include Dysprosium, Neodymium and Europium (lights) as well as the heavies Dysprosium and Terbium.
Lynas has higher Dy, Nd, Eu and comparable Tb to NTU.

The lights Ce and La (75% of Lynas's deposit) and the heavy Y (66% of NTU's) are low value compared to the ones above.
Both companies have to produce these at a "loss" in order to get at the high value
