(2) Hope RE prices bottom out soon from the high drop in prices - e.g. Dy and Tb (HRE) had dropped ~85% from the 2011 highs.
(3) LYC released news about China cracking down on illegal RE mining and processing for which I think the illegal activities have been an important cause of the price drop.
(4) However, I also think that stopping the illegal RE mining will be quite a challenge for China so really RE prices & LYC stock price will still be low for .... don't know how long .... Reality perhaps ?
