There are posters positing that Lynas couldn't raise more than 40M...but why should they?
They are cash flow neutral at 750 tons (according to report today) and should be producing over that this month and 900+/month by end of June.
They have 23M now and with 40M raised, they should have 60M...with the new terms on their loan, they shouldnt have to repay debt until mid 2016...giving them two years to prove to the market their profitability.
So, again, why should they raise more than 40M?
does lynas need more than 40m?
